The Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA) Wilayah Persekutuan (Kuala Lumpur) Branch has announced its newly-elected line-up of committee members for the term 2022/2024 on 9 June 2022. At its first branch committee meeting, Ra Adrina bt Muztaza of Fairview Corporation Sdn Bhd was elected as the new branch chairperson with Carrie Fong Kah Wai of Hedgeford Sdn Bhd as the branch deputy chairperson. Both of them have served REHDA members and the property development industry in Malaysia for more than a decade.

Ra Adrina bt Muztaza said in the meeting that she looks forward to working closely together with the new branch committee members to take REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan to greater heights and continue with efforts to address the numerous industry challenges faced by the property sector.

REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan will be the first branch to be led by two female developers in its 50 years of history, according to Chan Kin Meng, the immediate past branch chairman. He believes that the newly-elected branch committee members will continue to champion improvements in the industry and help build Kuala Lumpur into a world class sustainable and liveable city. — Construction+ Online
