KUALA LUMPUR (June 26): Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz, the Investment, Trade, and Industry Minister, encouraged local entrepreneurs to utilize the upcoming National Entrepreneurs Day 2023 (HUN 2023) as an opportunity to learn from and engage with international entrepreneurs.
He emphasized the importance of developing an international business network and identifying new prospects to strengthen Malaysia’s position as an entrepreneurial hub in the region. The HUN 2023 event, organized by the Malaysian Small Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (DPUKM), is expected to attract exhibitors from various countries and aims to invigorate the national economy through international cooperation and partnerships.
Tengku Zafrul also highlighted the GlowBox launching ceremony, a collaboration between DPUKM and MyRodeo Sdn Bhd, which provides a mobile advertising platform for entrepreneurs to promote their products and services effectively. Additionally, he mentioned the Second Chance Financing Scheme (2CF) launched by MIDF to assist SMEs and businesses facing financial difficulties, enabling them to seize new opportunities and expand their market reach.
