PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd has obtained a building contract for RM32.66 million from Lovely Frontier Sdn Bhd to construct 186 homes at the Bandar Putra project in Iskandar Malaysia.
A part of IOI Properties Group Bhd is Lovely Frontier.
“This contract, which is the group’s third job secured this year, raises the contract worth of all of its active projects to RM657.87mil,” the construction expert stated in a statement.
For the building of 186 single-story terrace homes and 1 unit of Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s sub-station, Haily stated its wholly owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, obtained a letter of award from JYP Architects Sdn Bhd on March 10.
The agreement will start on March 27 and end on June 26, 2024, according to the schedule.
“We have signed contracts for a combined RM148.79 million in less than three months of this year. We are happy to report that, with just these contracts, we have surpassed the contract value obtained throughout the course of the previous year, according to founder and executive director See Tin Hai.
We are now on course to have a better financial year in 2023 thanks to this. This year, Haily is actively striving to land more high-value projects.
