Kitacon Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd, has obtained a letter of award from GLM Emerald West (Rawang) Sdn Bhd for an RM101.5 million construction contract.
The project entails significant building and infrastructure work for a residential development consisting of two-storey terrace houses in Rawang, Selangor, the business stated in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
The contract will begin on June 1, 2023, and end 20 months after that date.
It stated that until the deal’s expiration, “the contract is expected to positively contribute to the earnings and net assets per share of Kumpulan Kitacon.” The Bernama
