Singaporean real estate and lodging company, The Ascott Ltd, is joining forces with Instant Icon Sdn Bhd (VST Property Group) to develop Ascott Residences Batu Ferringhi Penang. This upscale seafront development is expected to open its doors to residents in January 2028. This marks the second collaboration between Ascott and Instant Icon, following the successful launch of lyf Georgetown Penang, which introduced a social living concept to the island.
